Out of school, Rich began as an operating engineer in New York running asphalt milling machines until he was twenty five years old.

After that, he started his own business selling firearm parts. Rich moved to Tennessee in 2015. He started home inspecting in 2020 for a small inspection company. Rich is thirty-seven years old, father of two. In his free time, Rich enjoys. the outdoors, camping, and spend time with my family. He is originally from Washington state. He cares deeply about his work and clients.
