See the accessible main sewer line before you close.
A standard inspection cannot see most of the underground sewer line. When a safe, usable access point is available, we advance a camera through the accessible line and document visible conditions.
A sewer scope may reveal root intrusion, deterioration, offsets, low areas, debris or restricted flow. Older homes are common candidates, but mature trees, additions, recurring drain concerns and unknown line history can also make the service valuable.
