David was a great communicator and reached out to both confirm our appointment and let us know he was headed that way. He was diligent and paid attention to both the big picture and the small details. He did not make us wait very long at all to receive a comprehensive review and then walk us through it.

The team was very responsive and were able to make it out to the home the next day. They performed an extremely thorough inspection with a detailed report, including pictures and a personalized video from the inspector. Kenny took special care to clean dust that fell from the attic and even took his shoes off to make sure he didn't leave footprints. I absolutely cannot recommend them enough! My inspector was Adam. He was friendly, honest, and very, very thorough on the inspection. He walked me through the issues he found and answered any and all questions I had during the process. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry to get through things which I greatly appreciated. I was a bit nervous doing this process on my own, but Adam and House Call were so amazing!

The inspection was done very well. And the report is easy to read. I gave 4 stars because when I went to pay over the phone they wanted to charge an additional fee to use a debit or credit card, none of the communication that I got mentioned that there was a fee. The inspector is a 5 star, he did an excellent job.
