Please join us in welcoming Dave Aprea to the House Call team! Originally from Traverse City, MI, Dave is passionate about cycling and enjoys the thrill of scuba diving in his free time. 

Dave is eager to grow in his new role and looks forward to becoming a highly qualified home inspector. At home, he stays busy with his 14-year-old daughter and 12-year-old son. 

A true adventurer at heart, Dave hopes to one day explore Egypt, Fiji, and Coco’s Island in Costa Rica.
