I absolutely cannot recommend them enough! My inspector was Adam. He was friendly, honest, and very, very thorough on the inspection. He walked me through the issues he found and answered any and all questions I had during the process. He never seemed rushed or in a hurry to get through things which I greatly appreciated. I was a bit nervous doing this process on my own, but Adam and House Call were so amazing!

David was a great communicator and reached out to both confirm our appointment and let us know he was headed that way. He was diligent and paid attention to both the big picture and the small details. He did not make us wait very long at all to receive a comprehensive review and then walk us through it.

I can't even begin to say how happy I am with my decision in choosing this company to do my inspections! Being a first-time home buyer, this whole process is new and has been overwhelming at times, which is why I appreciate their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail even more. From explaining and accepting your quote to signing your contract to viewing your results, they've made it simple.
I'm not certain how many inspectors House Call Home has on staff, but I was assigned Kenny Fedor. Like I mentioned before, I'm a first-time home buyer and this is all new to me, so I didn't know what kind of turnaround time on the reports I could expect. Reviews said they were fast, but I would have never imagined that with an estimated 3-hour inspection time, starting at 1pm, Kenny would send over his finalized results at 5:40pm.
If you've gone through or are currently going through closing, you know all too well how ridiculously fast you have to move at this stage. Not only was their report fast, but it was organized and had plenty of reference photos. Even in that quick turnaround time Kenny was able to markup the pictures so we could see what areas he was referencing. He also included informative statements and diagrams to help educate us on what we were, or in most cases, should be looking at.
I really can't say enough amazing things about this company. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know in need of an inspection in the future. Thank you for helping us learn everything we needed to about our new home!

The team was very responsive and were able to make it out to the home the next day. They performed an extremely thorough inspection with a detailed report, including pictures and a personalized video from the inspector. Kenny took special care to clean dust that fell from the attic and even took his shoes off to make sure he didn't leave footprints. If you're looking for a team you can trust with your future home, I would definitely recommend House Call!
