I’ve had a few inspections over the years, but this was the best by far. A very polite, professional and knowledgeable man by the name of Ricky performed the inspection. I can only give him the highest accolades for his performance. He was thorough and worked diligently to perform the tasks. He answered the few questions we presented politely. This young man is a true professional and a credit to the company. I recommend the company and especially Ricky. Job well done!

These folks are the best! We had an accepted offer on Sunday and they were there Monday morning, first thing, ready to go! Now it’s Monday evening and I’m casually going over their report from my comfy chair. It’s easy now to make an informed decision on this potential purchase. And I can make a plan for needed repairs if I choose to move forward. This is the second time I’ve used these folks and I would recommend them to anyone. It takes all the stress off!
