I’ve had a few inspections over the years, but this was the best by far. A very polite, professional and knowledgeable man by the name of Ricky performed the inspection. I can only give him the highest accolades for his performance. He was thorough and worked diligently to perform the tasks. He answered the few questions we presented politely. This young man is a true professional and a credit to the company. I recommend the company and especially Ricky. Job well done!

Now it’s Monday evening and I’m casually going over their report from my comfy chair. It’s easy now to make an informed decision on this potential purchase. And I can make a plan for needed repairs if I choose to move forward. This is the second time I’ve used these folks and I would recommend them to anyone. It takes all the stress off!

We are a military family, moving from state to state in 2 weeks. Trying to sell a house and buy. I called on a Wednesday, receptionist was soooooo kind and accommodating! By Friday I was able to get Adam scheduled for a home inspection.
Adam, came in when we needed him! He was very thorough, detailed and gave us the best advice for both buyers and sellers in my opinion.

My initial call made me excited to do business with the company. The receptionist or young lady that took the call was extremely nice and kind. She is a true representation of the company, and she was a true professional and she set the tone that made me want to do business with House Calls. The inspector was very nice, explained everything and gave great explanations. He was very educational. The inspector was very thorough and overall did a great job! This is a great company to do business with.
The inspector was thorough, answered all questions we posed. We haven't had to look in a long time and it was reassuring to have such a professional looking out for us. And there was ALWAYS a courteous person answering the phone.. a big plus for me.
